INTRODUCTION
Among all means of transporting goods we have, sea means can not be compare with others methods; because they over the best services and moderate fee and can also be used to transport a very large quantity of items.
The maritime sector are best for shipping any kind of item you want. It is a very sector that yield greater income for a government of a country. Therefore, this sector has a great impacts in the economy of a country. This sector has a lot of opportunities for individual or organizations which can not be overemphasize. This sector offer a lot of service to a country i.e it generate revenue for the country, it is a channel for investors to export or import their goods, it create job opportunity for people of the the citizens, it also facilitate trade and commerce and moreover, it open ways for foreign investment.
In every sector in the world, there must be a challenges facing them, either little or more. In this sector, there are lot of challenges they are facing which is yet to be address. Some of these challenges are government policy towards the sector, illegal shipping charges, unaccounted custom charges either been owned by government or Indigenous shipping corporation.
Many organization has come up with ideas and way to put a full-stop to this challenges but yet to yield any outcome.
But all thanks to a platform called Blockshipping is here to provide the remedy for those various challenges.
The platform want to use the power of blockchain technology to re-amend the sector with new phase.
They want to global shared container platform to sort out all challenges maritime sector is facing.

They want to use what we called Global Shared Container Platform (GSCP) to rebuild the maritime and shipping sectors. With this new development, there will be records and documentation of all onshore and offshore containers.
